We stayed at Les Conviv’hotes for one night at the first stop after spending 2 weeks in a Paris apartment, Sylvie welcomed us and made us feel at home. She speaks good English (although she doesn’t think she does). She recommended restaurants in Chartres and the one we went to Bistro de le Cathedrale was good value for money.
