Length of stay
The reservation entered into for a fixed term cannot under any circumstances exercise any right to remain on the premises at the end of the stay.
Booking and settlement
Our House is open all year round. Booking by email is followed up by written confirmation by email from us. We do not require a deposit. Payment will be upon your arrival, on presentation of the invoice. The payment methods accepted: checks A.N.C.V., cash, cheque or by bank transfer before arrival (on request, we will send you the IBAN). We regret to inform you that we do not take credit cards – this is to keep the prices low.
Cancellation by the customer
The cancellation of a stay must be notified in writing, by letter or by email addressed to the owner. The cancellation can a!so be done by phone (06.10.17.17.60) the day of your arrival in the case of a major incident, our receptions are based on trust, we make it simple, knowing that a cancellation can sometimes be unavoidable for a pilgrim, a cyclist, a hiker…
In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains entirely with the owner.
Cancellation by the owner
If, before the beginning of the stay, the owner has to cancel a customer booking, information will be immediately sent to the latter by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt (a message will be also sent by email as soon as we have the customer’s email address).
The customer without prejudice to remedies for compensation for possible damages, will be refunded immediately and in full the amounts paid. We will do everything to find a solution to make your stay the best.
Arrival and departure hours
You are welcomed in a family. We do not have a reception desk. An hour before your arrival, we will confirm your time of arrival and be sure to be at home to welcome you. We make every effort to have your room ready for you as soon as possible. We remain dependent on the household and late check-out. However, for people traveling by train, bicycle, on foot and wishing to drop off their luggage or their bikes, thanks to the 06.10.17.17.60 we can be aware of your arrival time. We prefer guests to arrive before 9 pm, except in very exceptional cases.
For the departure, please vacate the room between 10:30. We can keep your luggage so that you can enjoy a last stroll through our charming neighbourhood.
Rates and taxes (municipal tax) and additional tax for the County Council
Rates 2021, are identical on the 3 rooms for 1 person: €70 to €90, for 2 people: €80 euros to €95. Prices include breakfast, linens, wifi and taxes included. The best guaranteed price is the direct booking with us. Tourist taxes are local taxes that the customer must pay to the owner who then return to the Treasury.
It amounts to €0.83 per night and per person (child aged 13 and over) for rooms, and €0.99 per night and per person for the studio.
Art of living and use of the premises
The premises are NO SMOKING throughout the house. Smoke detectors are installed throughout the building.
The customer agrees to leave the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to report any deterioration for which they are responsible. Please do not eat in the rooms, the kitchenette is provided for this purpose.
Free kitchen space is available. You can use it to warm up, or enjoy your lunch box… However, we inform you, that this space does not lend itself to parties -raclette/ pierrade/ griddle etc.. after using the kitchen please leave it clean and tidy for other visitors. It is a place of relaxation.
No minor will be allowed to stay alone in our house.
The loss of the set of keys will result in an additional cost of 25 Euros.
The loss of the parking “beep” will result in an additional cost of 75 Euros.
If anything is left behind in the room at the end of the stay, the effects can be sent to the person concerned, on request and on receival of €20.
The owner will accept no liability in case of loss and/or damage and/or injury caused to property and/or people within the House, and this, whatever the cause.
A deposit of €300 will be requested for studio rental. The check will be at your entry into the studio. This sum will be returned in whole or reduced according to any damage.
Access and capacity
Only people who have reserved in advance will be able to stay in the Conviv’hotes. Friends, family visiting them, will have to ask permission from the owners. You are in a family, we want to know who is in our House. Do not allow anyone who you don’t know to enter the premises .
The reservation is established for a specific number of persons (and children). If the number of clients who come is greater than the original booking, the amount of the stay will be reviewed accordingly. If the number of people is less than expected, the amount of the stay would be adjusted in the same way. If, however, the number of people should be greater than the capacity of the room, then extra people would be denied… a question of security…
This refusal may in no case be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of a number of customers other than those denied, no refund can be considered.
Pets are not allowed.
Breach of this clause by the client, the owner reserves the right to refuse the rental to the owner of the animal.

Without that the customer cannot claim any compensation, the owner reserves the right to change the room originally booked by the client by a guesthouse with the same capacity to the same level of comfort. In this case, the amount of the stay remains unchanged.
Accessibility of services
The owner cannot guarantee the regularity of water services, electricity, Wifi, regardless of the
length of the cuts or dysfunction so that any sudden closure of the site, caused by a case of force
major independent of his will.
The owner declines any responsibility, beyond legal responsibility, for any loss or decrease in
enjoyment due to causes not of the owner’s making.
His responsibility, beyond its legal responsibility, cannot be hired in case of failure or
decommissioning of technical equipment, if malfunctions and repairs were not predictable.
